T25 City Car  (United States)
I love this car! So perfect for city driving and so affordable! I read that it won't be available in the US until 2014. If this Leaf doesn't end up working out for me, I might look into this baby when my lease is up on the Leaf.

Re: T25 City Car  (United States)
That is a very neat looking car.
However, my husband would never permit us to purchase one for the very same reason he would not permit me to buy a Honda Insight (and I LOVE those cars, still do!):  won't fit our dogs!
We have 80lb Chesapeake Bay Retrievers.  If we have to carry both, we take the truck, but we can fit one dog in the Honda CRX or one dog in the Honda Civic Hybrid.  He won't let me purchase anything that won't hold at least one dog!
Leaf will probably hold both!

P.S.  A fella who lives within 30 miles of us has a fully converted [EV] Honda Insight and, boy, do I covet that car!

Re: T25 City Car  (N/A)
Just received our copy of CONSUMER REPORTS (October 2010 issue). In it they provide some interesting details that I had not heard before. "to attract early buyers, the federal government is making first 200,000 EV buyers from each automaker eligible for a $7500 federal tax credit.". That is the first gimp that I have heard anything about the "first 200,000". I think that I was aware of the next item already but others may not know the following g tidbit: "The VOLT's batteries are estimated to cost $8000 or more and the LEAF's about $18000".
